When Bantam Books had the brilliant notion to reprint the adventures of Doc Savage, they didn't do them in their original published order. They're idea was to start by reprinting the best ones, and see how long they could last. What, then, to do with the reference made to the next exciting Doc Savage exploit, which was tied in with the closing moments of the story? Cut it! Did we modern readers miss it? Was it important to the present story? Or at all seamlessly woven into the narrative? Uh...no. But it is interesting. So why not post the cut material! And I've put in enough of the text that wasn't cut (in grey), so you can easily see where it fits in. Maybe bookmark this page and come back when you're reading any of the stories I have links for below! I have posted the ending from every pulp that I have for the first three years, with more years to follow. 1933
1934
1935
